Remote gaming from GibraltarĪll gambling operations in Gibraltar require licensing under the Gambling Act 2005 ("the Act"). Any feedback should be submitted by 30 November 2022. In due course, the Gambling Division will issue codes of practice, including a social responsibility code, for consultation. The Licensing Fees Consultation paper can be found here. However, where there is an appetite, meetings with sub sectors and individual companies can be arranged. The Gambling Division will also be holding workshops and consulting with the Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association. The stakeholder consultation on this matter will be open until the end of August 2022, but we would encourage early consideration of the material and constructive responses.
